The Ripped Soul

So voila! :D

Meet Anna's parcel. The one surprise I've been having to keep for ages. (days.)

Went through heaven and hell trying to figure out what to get for her, but truth be told, in the end, it was all worth it. It was worth my stupidity, it was worth the anger, it was worth the frustration, disappointment, despair, money, effort, time.. and imagination.

I was trying to figure out for SO long what to do for her. What to get for her. Another bag? No, been there, done that. A purse? A wallet? A blouse? A supergirl tee? A figurine? A comic? Another poster related to the twilight saga?

But I still had Paramore fever. And frankly, I know for a fact she still did as well. So a part of me inside just KNEW everything HAD to be Paramore related.

So I did my research. I did investigations, a little stalking.. but plenty of places stopped selling or didn't have the stock for Paramore items. How sad, right? I couldn't find a single DVD anywhere. Not even a CD. Not even their FIRST album. Not even their second. Or third.

So after much walking around and smokes and wonderment, my mind got up to mischief.. and decided to create some Paramorific magic.

Did up the box, would've gotten a white one, but no..... places all gotta have logos and shizzam on their boxes. PSSSH. So got the brown box. Got some drawing block. Got orange markers and black ones. Did up a RIOT! box. :D

Got a keyring. Took the card out, fit it with some pictures of Paramore and Taylor York when they're smiling and shizzam, and voila, it's a keychain.

GOT THE DVD. From.. er.. nevermind. When I got it, I kinda remember it as the day when I logged on FB and I read my horoscope, and it actually said I'd be creative or I'd be lucky. Somewhere along those lines.. and true enough. While other plans didn't work out, this one did!

Did up her birthday card, wished her well, stuffed it with Paramore's pictures, and that was her card. :D

And did I mention Taylor York's picture? Since she likes him 0h-so-much. Hahaha.

I hope I didn't make you cry.. and for the 69527416th time, I hope you like your present. :)

I won't say it's 100% made from the heart, but hey, that's where it came from. At least now she can watch Paramore all day and all night anywhere anytime, as long as there's a TV with a working DVD player. Or she can watch it on a laptop anytime. Or her PC. Or in the office. Or something.

Hell, she can even take it back with her to JB and watch it with the kids. She can blast Jln dunno where and piss all the neighbors off! She can go sing to them that Ignorance is their new best friend while they think they have an emergency. Or go to the office and tell them to go get their shovel and dig a deep hole, since they're all in the business of misery. :D

Okay, I better stop. Haha. I'll admit though.. even though I kept asking her to open it up and stuff, I was CRAZY nervous.. so much so that I was actually smoking like a train(wreck). I was worried she won't like it or be disappointed with it, or worst come to worst, show me that she had a secret collection in her wardrobe that I never knew about or something.

But after she crumbled and gave me a hug I knew I did awesome. :D

Feels so good when your gifts are appreciated. Hmm :) Then came home in the morning after and saw her message on the gifts she tagged on facebook.

I know why I love her to the core..why we are tight and all. But for her to actually come up with THESE for my birthday is just...UNDESCRIBABLE!!! All I know is that she's an amazing and super-duper awesome friend..In case I didn't say this enough...Thank you, Jesse...for everything but mostly for being yourself and being MY friend!!

And I can't say anything much, except this :

I don't know why you love me so much :P But you are special to me! Do not thank me for being your friend.. it's not a job or a chore, and heaven forbid, but if it was, then let me say that I'm one happy worker! But honestly, you're a verrrrrrrry good friend, you're so good that you're more than just a friend and with no special benefits (RIOT! in the bedroom much) .. you're like a heaven-sent-sister to me. You're someone that always looks out for me, that always tries to look after me, and who gladly would (i think) should anything ever happen, and I cannot put in words how grateful I am to actually have you stickin' around even after that moment in the car (WTF) last year. :D This is just my little way of showing how much I reeeeally love yaaaaaaaah. To put effort, time, creativity, nonsense, imagination, Paramorication, and love in the gift from the bottom of my heart. As said on the wrapper : it's especially for you, because it's a one-of-a-kind gift from me. You can't get it anywhere else. Well.. maybe ebay. Or you could get the DVD someplace else, but you know what I mean. Hahah.
