Broken hearts,
Broken dreams,
There just somethings that love brings,
When you learn that its all been a lie,
You cry,
You find that..
Nothing,
Nothing,
Nothing hurts like love!
Nothing brings your heart so much pain.
And you'll never learn,
Till you get burned,
Till you're burned by the flame..
Nothing hurts so bad,
Nothing hurts so much,
No, nothing hurts like love.
So you gave, all you had,
How the story turned so sad.
Nothing left, but the tears, in your eyes.
You die inside cuz..
Nothing,
Nothing,
Nothing hurts like love!
Nothing brings your heart so much pain.
And you'll never learn,
Till you get burned,
Till your burned by the flame.
Nothing hurts so bad,
Nothing hurts so much,
No, nothing hurts like love.
So dry your eyes,
Its just your turn to learn,
The time to find that nothing,
Nothing,
Nothing hurts like love!
Nothing brings your heart so much pain.
And you will never learn,
Till you get burned,
Till you're burned by the flame.
Nothing hurts so bad,
Nothing hurts so much,
No, nothing hurts like love..

I was screwed today. Literally. In every sense of the word. I come to church at 9something after trying to iron my shirt, practice psalming and the gospel acclaimation, change the TUNE of the last few lines of the first verse, and voila. I find out 3 minutes before mass that..
I DON'T NEED TO PSALM TODAY.
And the psalm I was supposed to sing wasn't the usual one. This time, it was tuned up manually by Dawn The Great, AND it was a REALLY beautiful piece.
Sigh.
So yeah. Mass was usual. Girls going off-key, Ernie laughing, nobody conducting, the empty sound since the guys were all serving..
After mass I was supposed to practice my .. gulp. PSALM for next week. But Dawn, The Great, wanted to sing Christmas Carols. So we did a lil of breathing exercises. And boy, we sounded GOOOOOOOD in Silent Night. It was extremely fantastically AWESOME. The words were funny though. Not the usual lines.
Hmm.
Then after Dawn THE GREAT finished carolling, I went over to Na. She was all teary-eyed. SO POOR THING LA. The stress of the party's that bad. Sigh. Then I was talking to her bout the kittens downstairs. There were 3 NEWBORNS. And they were all mew-ing away. SO CUTE LAAAAA. I think I'm going to play with em on Wednesday. La la la. Provided Fr. K doesn't call SPCA or something.
Then yeah.. after awhile, we all went back. I thought of heading over to Ernie's CHILDCARE Centre, but she said NOOOOOO.... so I decided to go home. BUT just as I was about to board the bus, Ernie starts yelling "EHHHHH! I THOUGHT YOU WANTED TO GO TO MY PLACE TO CHILL?"
Bloody fickle-minded moron.
Andrea started laughing. I didn't care, I boarded the bus. As the bus left, Ernie was giving me this "wah-lao-eh" look. LOL
So yeah. That was Church. And you know something? Its after all this that I only realise one thing.
Dawn and I forgot all about the psalms.
