What do you look for in a phone?
Initially when I started out, it was with the nub of a nokia. The black one everyone called a vibrator. Then small little good-for-nothing Alcatel. Then to the fat blue one, also by nokia. Then to the motorola ROKR. Then the James Bond editions of Sony Ericsson models. K800i and C902.
I know it's barely been a year since the change in the phone.. but I can't help but want to change it again. The button pads are coming off, there's scratches on the back.. and everyone around me seems to be getting on with the change and moving to touchscreen phones or phones with the QWERTY keypads.
After looking around, I spotted one that really caught my eye. The N900. It's something like the one Lyn thought of getting for me, but better. Camera's better, the system's better.. Price is a bitch though.
I want a phone that has access to MSN. Facebook. Twitter. That way I can catch up with my life online as I do all the time. Given the state I'm in now, I'd die without the internet I think.
It definitely has to have a camera better than 5MP because that's the current camera I have now; and I don't have a digital camera of my own, since my phone has always been my camera, and my camera has always been with my phone.
If possible, something with a QWERTY keyboard. Looks fun, people flipping out their shizzles and typing away like netbook addicts.
It's gotta have good sound quality, and something with good memory.
I absolutely hate phones which lag/shut down/restart on its own when I'm listening to music/watching a music video.
It'd be a plus if the phone came with wifi, and the ability to check stuff on the internet like as if you could surf on it. A little firefox/mozilla action going on, basically.
Everyone's telling me to get an iPhone because the apps are good, and you can do all of the above, right?
But she has an iPhone. Last thing I need is to copy her and have her say all sorts of shit or start comparing apps and who has better apps or what the fuck ever.
So.. what's a good phone?
